I am so excited because I have been looking into ellipticals and finally think that I am going to be able to get one. I am torn because I can only spend about $2-300 on one but I would like one that can stand the test of time (and me too of course!) I have been really looking at the Eclipse Fitness Quest ones, particularly the 1100 RHA. It is pretty compact, seems to run smoothly (tried the demo one at the store) and has about 12 programs I believe. Also found a Weslo that looks pretty nice, but I cannot find them anywhere (only on display) That one was about $200.
Any ideas from those of you that have your own? I love the one at the gym, and it would be so much easier to do the elliptical here at home, it is quieter and I can do it in the morning without waking anyone up.

Thanks so much!
Jodi

Hi JOLEE!
This is the Elliptical I have and I love it because it
is small and has little wheels on the front to move it
around easier. Hope this helps you stay within
your budget. I have had mine for a year now and
use it 3x a week and so far it's held up real well &
the price is right. "Luck"

SunnyD,
Do your feet go in a circle like a bicycle or back and forth more? Just curious!

Hello TIG,

I feel a forward movement, but my feet do go more in a circle - like a bike. Some ellipticals are more like cross country skiing then mine (the more expensive ones). This one was a good price & fits into our humble home & it seems to be doing the trick for me ;)

Hope I have answered your question :)
"CONGRATS" on your weight-loss!!! You are doing wonderful!
Have a great weekend...
