Yahoo! I have finally broken my plateau and lost 4lbs! This brings me down to 160lbs which means only 5 lbs to my WW goal and 10lbs to my personal goal...
I am at 190. Which means that I lost five pounds in a week. I want to know how I did that, what with hardly exercising and going "off plan" so many times.
I've been steadily losing 1 lb a week, and this week was no different. I am down to 171. When I get to 169 I'm going to reward myself with an orange yoga mat. I love the color orange and I'd love to look at it instead of the boring blue of all the mats in my class.
I gained 1 1/2 lbs this week. I know it's stress eating. Hopefully my boss will be back tomorrow and I can get back to doing just my job. Not hers AND mine.

I've sort of been missing in action for the last month, along with my diet. Only one pound lost, but its better than gaining I guess. I have been so busy with my graduate project... just looking forward to graduating.
