salad = 0
lf cheese = 2
almonds = 1
blk beans = .5

snack
hot choc = 3

dinner
pasta = 8
bread = 4
salad = 0

daily total = 24
flex balance = 35

chicken = 7
gravy = 2

potatoes = 2
corn = 2

daily total = 24
flex balance = 35

reflections ~ pms and thin mints did not work well for me.
