hi everyone i`m on my 10th day of pahse 1, i lost 7 lbs so far and feeling very motivated...
anyway my dh thought he was doing me good and bought no sugar added icecream from carvel and i ate it. so now i`m in a panick i went on the carvel site and found out that is has 7 gms of sugar and 25 gms of carbs
how bad did i do??? any help would be appreciated....

Well you certainly could have done worse! What kind of sugars are in it? If they are milk sugars, it is a more acceptable kind of sugar. If it is an -ose sugar, not so good. Dr A isn't into sugar alcohols, so that might be your bigger concern. Don't worry, you'll get the hang of reading labels!

By the way, Le Carb frozen yogurt has no sugar alcohols. It is Splenda sweetened, and the chocolate and cinnamon are good!

I eat no-sugar ice cream sweetened with Splenda. And even that should be saved for Phase II.
