Sugar Shakers - Is Honey Really Legal?

I keep seeing honey listed in several recipes on this board. It seems like that would be too sinful. Is it allowed on the SB diet? Thanks!

According to my SB book, honey is just another sugar, however, Walmart Supercenter has a imitation honey with no sugars. My husband eats it and likes it.

Honey is NOT legal on Sugarbusters. If it is not noted in the recipe, and it should be, substitute agave nectar for the honey. It is legal, not artificial and delicious! It is hard to find, but since it is almost 100% fructose, its ok, and does not cause an insulin response like sugar or honey. I get it at my Whole Foods market.
