Hi All,
I was so upset with my weigh in this morning. I was weighing in at 165.5lbs on Friday morning and this morning I was 167.0 lbs.
I have been doing so good. We are going to take a cruise at the end of the month and we were out shopping all weekend for stuff to take. I tried to stay on track, but first I had 2 beef tacos and then last night I had 5 chocolate chip cookies and milk.
I can't believe I went up 1.5lbs just like that.
And to top it off I'm a big NASCAR fan and we didn't have a race this weekend.
Oh well, today is a new day and I am back on phase I. I want to be down to 160 by the end of this month.
