Default Side effect of SB - melting celulite??
Is it just my imagination or has cutting down on the carbs had an impact on my celulite??? I have dieted before and ended up with less weight but have always still been plagued by really bad celulite on my thighs and butt....On south beach the dimples and pockets of fat seem to be disolving and my skin looks and feels smoother. Yea! Anyone finding this? I will also say that it is very true that south beach first impacts the stomach. That has been my hardest place to loose in the past and voila, its flattening out....I love it!!!

go4it you are probably right. Cellulite is fat under the skin and since we are now eating good fats and carbs it probably is reducing the cellulite. It seems that mine is shrinkin as well. YEA!!!!!!!!! Can't wait til it's GONE!
