Carb Counters - Did anyone copy a recipe form Womans world? 3 egg whites,whipped with 1/4 box sf Jel

Some how my book got thrown out with old newspapers and I didn't get the recipe copied out.
Would anyone still have it or know where to find it. It might have had creme in it as well.
