I just bought a big tub of the stuff today, it is 0 Fiber, 50 calories and 5 grams of fat for a tablespoon, which by my estimation is 1 point per tablespoon. That's a find, I think!

It doesn't say light or reduced on the package anywhere, so...again, I will let you know. I hate the other light stuff too.
