View Full Version : Water Week #1

I know we have had water threads going in the past but no one seems to have one going right now so I thought I'd start one up again. I have this giant insulated mug from 7-Eleven and it holds like 1.5L and my goal is to drink 1 a day. Anyone else want to jump in on this?

Sure.... So what is the "challenege"? It has been a long week, so I am not as sharp as I usually am...lol. Do I make my own daily water goal or what? Thanks

My water challenge is to drink at least 2 large glasses of water with each meal. If those are 12 ounces then i will get at least 72 ounces in a day.

I use a 24 oz. water bottle, so I try to get in 4 of those a day. That's 96 oz. Totally doable but I need to be focused on it.

Mine is to stop drinking so much diet soda at work! (it's free at work)

Gina, you can just make up your own goal, this is just to kind of help you remember if you happen to log on everyday and see it.

I have my big mug out and have been sipping away at it all day. :)

I got down about 3/4 of my big mug yesterday. I was going for the whole thing but that is a huge improvement so I can't complain!

I ended up being sick to my stomach yesterday afternoon and evening so I didn't hardly drink anything at all, I was afraid it was coming right back up. I'm feeling better today but I'm not going to try to drink that much water as my stomach is still a bit tender. How is everyone else doing?

96 oz. on Monday
Only about 72 yesterday
Might make 96 again today.

I do fine at work, but when I get home, I forget all about it. I am REALLY bad on the weekends.
