This photo was taken at my brother's wedding two years ago (June 7, 2003--Happy Anniversary, Dave & Jess), but I am about the same weight now, so it's mostly accurate. Anyway....it was a great day!

Hey Everyone!

I figured it was time to get my own picture up since I've been chatting with y'all for a little while now. The first is a picture of me and my boyfriend Jonny, at Easter a couple of months ago. The second picture is me from May of 2003, when I was just returning from a 6 month deployment while in the military - you always lose weight underway cause you dont have ACCESS to fast food - oh yeah, and there's nothing to do in your spare time but work out, read, play video games, watch tv, so I worked out a whole lot . Basically, that picture is where I want to be again...

not much weight diff but a lot of exercise

Anybody experience weight loss and then gain a few back? Ive been following WW for a month and I did well for a while and then I gained a few lbs back. I have been working out 4 times a week also. GRRR!

You most likely are building muscle from all your exercising. You might try cutting back on the amount of exercise and drink more water. Good luck! By the way, come over to our Thursday Chatters thread.

I think 20 lbs is a good goal. I weigh in today here since I changed my day from Monday to Thursday. I gained one pound. I did better following the program all except one day. I wrote what I ate except that one day. It was enough for a gain. At any rate, I was tempted not to post because of the gain. What does that tell you about me? Every one look at my tracker, it helps when I know I have someone looking. Oh, I hate accountability. So keep me accountable.Thanks

Thanks to Tina, I was able to upload some photos. The 1st photo (closeup) is me in December 2005 at my highest weight just before I started WW. The 2nd photo is from Mother's Day weekend at a Breast Cancer charity walk. I can't tell much of a difference in WL from the photos or when I look in the mirror. I just know my clothes have gotten smaller but don't see it with my eyes. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hi all! I joined WW on 10/26/06 along with my sister who hopefully will be posting here soon, too. (You'll know we're sisters when you see the pics :D ) Anyway I am excited as I have lost 11 pounds so far. Yeah! I just hope to keep it up and reach my long term goal. I have never been a small person but I weigh more now than I did when I was pregnant with either of my kids, ugh! Here is a pic of me and my kids at the beach a week before I started WW. So - I can't get my signature straight - but I give up for now - I am excited about joining this site and I'm off to the Thursday weigh in thread.

Was shopping today and overherd a lady say she reached her goal weight of 98lbs today, she only started last Jan, i had to congralutate her, that is wonderful

I weighed 217 and I am putting a pic up of how good I look. Just think how great i'll look 80 lbs lighter.
