Welcome!!!! I hope you come here for support when you are in need of it. It can be very difficult to be "good" or on plan all day and blow it all in like 5 minutes, or sometimes even less....I know, because I have
I guess my only suggestion is to try to figure out why you are binging....is it you are feeling deprived all day long....and are starving, so you binge? Is it stress? Are you bored? try to nip it in the bud...before it gets overwhelming.
I find that I can "allow" myself some yummy treats at night (my difficult time) like sugar free chocolate cocoa (home made) or sugar free/fat free fudgicals (OMG...can we say heaven????) I like to snack on foods that are not gonna make me hungry soon, like nuts, cheese, hummus, and pita chips, and roasted chickpeas.
Good Luck with the excercise, my treadmill is finally getting a work out from me after being purchased over a year ago......(but, I JUST HAD TO HAVE IT)...LOL
