If I get on the scale I know I will feel yucky and I really had a nice weekend, so I will catch you all on next Monday's weigh-in, okay.

Well, while a field trip sounds more fun than working today, here I am! :lol: Where did you go?
The weigh in, the start of week three and Phase 2, I have lost 11 pounds!!! I actually cheated a little and started phase 2 yesterday but only because I do the grocery shopping on Saturday for the week ahead, and I bought some fruit for smoothies, and I couldn't just let them sit there! THEY NEEDED ME!!! :s:
I am not adding back bread yet, I couldn't decide what to buy, but I am pleased to see the weight going away.
Good luck everyone!!! Ellis, this will be the greatest week/year! You can do it!!!

As of this morning I am down another pound...a total of 13 since January 8th!
I am even thinking I may be down a bit more as I am totally PMS (ugh!) & feeling very bloated & crampy...

Ok! This is it! Confession time! My signature lies! I am checking in at 202 pounds. :(
I am not flagellating myself as I have not been strictly on program since September (when my DH had a stroke). Rehearsals for The Vagina Monologues seemed to NEED chocolate.
So.....no more excuses! Today I am definitely back on programme - Phase I and 8 cups of water so by next week my stats won't lie!

Ruth, Ellis and I are right here with you (aren't we Ellis :yes: ).
I started Phase 1 (sort of) last friday at 139#.
Weighed in this morning at 137#.
I don't have a specfic goal, other than to lose rather than gain, but I would like to be at 130 by my 50th birthday, which is the end of Feb.
The truth is that I want to be at 125 by my 50th , but I'm not delusional. (no comments from Ellis on this :rofl: )

Well only 1 lb this week. Well actually I know it is more but the scale is only showing one. I am a little behind in the restroom so I know when I get some of that funky stuff and drink it I will show the actual loss. Tryin not to give to much info. But feelin the pain. I'm on my third week of Phase 1. But am very happy with one lb. I'll take that over a gain or stay the same anyday! My dh said he can tell I am losin weight. So did my mil yesterday when I saw her. So I'm stayin in it! No matter what!
Great losses to the rest of ya! Oh my Mom is IM'n me gotta jet!

Well I totally lost it on Thurs. & basically have been off the wagon since then. Today scale was up 2 lbs. This morning I was so discouraged, I cried. I just can't seem to find my momentum. But I refuse to give up, so I'm back on track. At least I'm exercising. Hopefully next week I'll be able to say I lost the 2 lbs I gained.

It's okay Ruth, my signature lied for a week as well. Since falling off the wagon, I have put back on 5 pounds, but my friend and I joined a gym together today and we've vowed to make each other go 3 times a week. I had one of those Atkins wraps from Subway after I worked out. They're kind of small, but good. I supplemented it with a bag of baked chips. :nono: I know..bad, but I had to eat something else. I would get that and a salad, but that costs too much!

Two weeks complete on Phase 1. I lost a total of 7 pounds and no cheating.
Yesterday I started phase 2 and added Fiber One cereal at breakfast and today I had an apple after lunch. Hope I am still the same weight tomorrow.

Hi Everyone! A little late in posting, but alas I am here! I lost two pounds this week! Yippee, Horray! I don't have much time to post, but thought I would drop in to say hi! I am working at the flower shop this week and you can just imagine what that is like the week of Valentine's Day! My back is killing me from being on my feet all day. Tomorrow we get a delivery of 700 roses!!! My poor punched fingers.....ouch!!! Talk to you all just as soon as possible! Hope you all get a nice Valentine's Day present from your SO's.

Okay, so it is 9:30 in the evening, I step on my scales and it says 262.8!!!!!! Keep in mind, I had just showed my husband how I could pull my jeans down without unsnapping or unzipping them!! So, that is in accomplishment in itself ;)
I suck at adding carbs back in!!!!! I skimmed a few posts and noticed several are re-committing to Phase 1...well, count me in!!! Tomorrow is DH's bday and I know we will go out to dinner to celebrate, but in the morning while small child is at his class, I will go to the grocery store and get my food to get back to it on Wednesday.
I could use the excuse that I normally weigh first thing in the morning, but I have decided ....NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!!!! :jig:

Oh, the field trip ...we went downtown and saw a musical production of Cinderella...yeah, all the little boys just loved it! :lol: The spring trip will be to the zoo, so all is not lost! I think I passed out during part of it! :D A little on the boring side, I am sure the Vagina Monologues would have held mine and a bunch of second graders attention! :lol:

Couldn't have said it better myself. I have already passed '50' :o actually getting pretty darn close to 60 :fr: When my scale hit 150 lbs I finally decided enough was enough. I have been on SB since mid November and have lost 10 lbs. I would love to get to 135 and have the same dilussions as you to get way down to 130 however just being able to zip my pants again was a great rush!! I haven't weighed myself yet this week...usually do that on Tuesday morning after tennis. Think I'm in one of those "stalled" states and hope I the scale smiles at me tomorrow.

I just finished phase one and lost 9 pounds. I am thrilled! I have not added anything new to my foods yet. I am still trying to figure out what I have missed most...and I realized I have not really missed anything.
