WW Food and Point Issues - New Kashi Cereal

While traveling, I stopped at a Trader Joes store in Tucson, Az. I spotted a box of Kashi Go Lean CRUNCH Cereal. The box said new. It is wonderful right out of the box dry. My DH says it tastes like Cracker Jacks.

1 cup is 190 calories 3 g fat, 8 g fiber and 9 g protein. That would be 3 pts with Winning Points and 2 pts with 123.

I tried this cereal and it is toooooooo gooooood!!! I found that it is a trigger food, so I cannot buy any more. If you have the willpower, it is quite a delish snack!

This cereal is wonderful!!! Well worth the points and very filling and satisfying.

OK...Must go get some. They better sell it in my area, or I'm going to be really mad. :D

lighter--you don't need to go to Tucson to get this! I found some here in San Diego at the Trader Joe's in La Mesa. HTH

Thanks Cajon, Since I have been home in San Diego I have gotten several boxes at Trader Joes. It is so good. While traveling I never did find Heaven's Bistro Pizza.

This cereal is great!! I like both dry and with milk.
