Thumbs down Hello, newbie here
Hello everyone, this is my first time posting to 30somethings. I'm 34 with an 11 year old daughter and doing my best to lose 30+ lbs. The last time I tried to lose weight was after she was born, boy, has my metabolism changed! I would appreciate any advice. Thank you.
