strength training circuit
am about to get on the treadmill...and wound up doing 4 miles...
then I went and sat in the hot tub for 20 mins and feel totally relaxed now..
off to read in bed....

Well im no where close to doing as good as yall but i did do 40 minutes of pilates today. LOL i was afraid the ball was gonna bust but it didnt...lol

Tuesday- 3 mile WATP tape. Plus, I have exercise class this evening. The way I've been eating lately, I need all the exercise I can squeeze in.

Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 32 minutes upper body TBT.
Pulled my arm muscles again this Saturday, picking up my neice. Didn't do the exercise that pulls on those muscles.

Tues: 3 miles treadmill, arms ache from yesterdays weight-training, but that's OK too. Hope to see some downward progress on the scale tomorrow...

I had a 40 minute walk this morning. I missed my walk this evening and my hips are killing me. I stiffen up so easy.

Wednesday- 4 mile WATP tape. Anyone get painful callouses(sp?) on their sides of feet from doing the WATP tapes? It seems those sidesteps are taking a toll on my dawgs! And the 4 mile tape has ALOT of sidesteps. Guess I'll have to put bandaids on them tomorrow before I exercise.

Thursday- haven't done it yet, but the 3 mile WATP tape and also have exercise class at church this evening.
ACARYNE- Good job! Exercise is sooo good for you. I think I like it the most because it's a stress buster for me, and I know afterwards that I did something good just for me.

40 minutes on the treadmill. Heartmom..I do have trouble with the inside part of my foot when I do a lot of the walk videos....they get very sore and I get a bit calloused in that area. The fat part off to the side of the big toe. *smile*

Tuesday: Gym - 5 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill
Wednesday: Gym - 5 min. eliptical, upper body, 30 min. treadmill
Thrusday: Bym - 5 min. eliptical, lower body, 20 min. treadmill
I will skip tomorrow, but go on Saturday.

More water aerobics tonight, another hour. If you had asked me if I could jog and be moving constantly for an hour, I would have said no! But being in the water makes all the diff. It must be what losing all this weight will be like, being so light and able to move:)
