Sugar Shakers - Hi ... New here

Well, not really "new" as I was here last year, at about the same time! You know, those New Year's Resolutions! ;)

I haven't been to this site in a long time ... do any of you have sample menus posted? I am having trouble with breakfast and lunch ideas. I think I am ok with dinner.

Michelle, please join us on the SB WEEKLY SUPPORT BOARD where everyone will be able to see your posts. Not that you posted in the wrong area, but many go straight to the weekly boards and sometimes don't see posts outside of it.
