Good morning everyone......and here it is, Monday again!

Life has been so busy lately, that my postings are falling into the "short but sweet" category. After the great choclate disaster one late night a week ago, I have gotten back on my feet and am raring to go again. On a positive note, that one binge was all it took to remind me of just how lousy I used to feel on a daily basis -- thinking about my next binge, endulging, and then suffering through the after effects, only to go through the whole cyce again.
I'm down a pound and now am setting my sights on the 170's as an upcoming goal.

I'd like to complain about the raining and chilly weather here in the southwest, but given the recent and continuing snowstorms and bitter weather many of you are having, I'll be kind enough not to! ;) Suffice it to say that my greyhounds have turned my off-white carpet into off-white with brown, black, and red blotches from the mud they've tracked in. A few more days of this and I may be able to pass it off as a new mottled berber!!!

Well, time to get ready to go to work. Here's hoping everyone has a fabulous day!

Good Morning everyone

Good job sped in getting back to your feet after the binge crisis. :) and Yes it is bitterly cold here. spings coming, hopefully

Today I have 3 classes and a lab, one of my longer school days. I also have to submit my application to the manager of pizza hut on campus, hopefully I get the job. This college kid is way too broke :(

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good Morning, yes the fabulous Monday here again. Back to work, and being outside, I almost healed up all the dry flacky skin over the weekend darn it. But otherwise a fabulous weekend, had a bit of a carb fiending last night which was odd considering that I haven't had one in months but got through it fine just some deep breaths and some exercise took my mind off of it and luckily not a "bad" thing in the house. That may end up being my secret of success, I have to leave to get anything carb loaded and God knows I'm not venturing out if I don't have too.

Not sure if anyone takes a look over to LWL forum but they have some amazing pictures on yahoo at Ladies Who Lift Photos ( I just love pictures and those ladies are something to see.

Happy Monday!

Good Morning Everyone,

Well the snow didn't hit us last night like they said, but it is creeping its way up to us. Tonight tomorrow and wednesday are suposed to be hairy out. Lots of snow and ice OY.

How was your weekend ? Mine was good, I spent all of it in my pajamas (poor hubby lol ).

So this week I am going to try not to eat after dinner, its gonna be tough but I gotta do it, its the only thing thats killing my diet efforts. Wish me luck lolol :dizzy:

I'm off to make some vanilla coffee and turkey bacon (sounds gross but its really good).

Krista good luck with the job!
Spedmom BRAVO for getting back on plan. You know some times when I go off I feel fine and other times I get that icky feeling, and its not what I eat b/c it can be the same thing. But in any case, congrats on the 1 lb loss !!
Tummy  yeah its moanday again lol.

Talk to you later !!

01-26-2004, 09:35 AM
Morning all!
I made it through yesterday still under 20 carbs but I'm not even going to mention what I ate because I know it's soooooooooo not allowed. But I'm feeling really really good today... and when I say good... I mean DARN good! :D
We weigh in at 3pm today for the competition which means I start working out tonight. Hopefully that will make me feel even better. I guess my parents stopped by yesterday while I was out trying to avoid eating carbs. They were going through all the low carb recipes that I had laying on the coffee table. My sis told them I was trying Atkins and that I had already lost like 6 lbs and they were all excited for me.... so I guess I don't have to worry about them giving me any slack!
Now, all I have to do is get my love life in order and I'll be good to go!

01-26-2004, 09:35 AM
Ugh@Mondays. Youngest didn't feel well but her dad said she had to go to school regardless (she wasn't feeling THAT bad and didn't have a fever so off she went. Just a mild cough/sore throat) and oldest complained she was tired. I'm off to work in a few minutes but had to do my morning checking of posts :) The snow never showed up last night---supposed to hit sometime today into tomorrow. So maybe they won't have school tomorrow. Then again-w/our school district I wouldn't be surprised if they made them go to school in a blizzard!!! grr. Ok, it's off to go drink a glass of water and read the rest of these posts :)

Have a great day :)

01-26-2004, 10:06 AM
Hello everyone! Today is my first day here actually posting at the boards. I've been a long-time lurker. I'm starting back on Atkins today, did great before when I was following the plan. Then there was Christmas, NewYear's, and my Vegas trip.......So, back to today! The last time I followed the plan, the first few days were very difficult, but after that I felt wonderful! I can't wait to get that feeling again. I also have a friend starting today. I think it will be a little easier knowing that we can help each other out if we're struggling. Well, I need to eat something yet today, and I have my middle child home sick today too. So, as always lots to do!

lady_adnerb...I'm also hoping for a snow day tomorrow, if only! :dizzy:  Our kids school never has snowdays.

01-26-2004, 10:13 AM
howdy all. because our computer modem died on friday, i am soooo behind on posts. i just got home with the replacement. i hope all of you are doing well. i'm finally in the 170's at 177--woohoo. i'll wrap this up so i can start catching up with y'all and get dinner started. yep, jane, it is dinnertime.
have a great day chickadees!

01-26-2004, 11:10 AM
fullfig:

nutski: Welcome

lady_adnerb: We are expecting snow tomorrow through Wednesday. I wish I was in school so I could stay home. They never seem to "call off" work

Shimma: Good luck on the weigh in later today. I'm sure you will do great. I am mom is very supportive. In fact when I started Atkins she wanted to do the same. But she is a big snacker and I don't think she would ever give up her peanut butter crackers that she shares with the dog

Leens: Where have you been...we haven't seen you much lately. Everything ok? I am not an after dinner snacker thank God. I used to be but since I have lived with my husband I can't snack...I call him the Diet Police! :D He can hear a box of crackers opening three rooms away!

Tummy Girl: That's the best trick.....just don't have it in the house! Congrats on winning!

lixue: :crossed: on the job issue!

Spedmom: Binges don't bother me the way they used to in WW days....A binge then would set me back weeks, but with this WOE I just have to get back on track and will lose whatever I gained in no time. It makes this woe so much easier to take.

Well I had an uneventfull weekend thank goodness. After the last couple of weeks I needed that. Manage to nibble on a couple of NO NO'S this weekend but the damage isn't too bad. Going to go back to planning my menu for the week so that I have a better idea what is in store. It really used to help. My fat content has been too high lately too. I really need to work on that. My carbs are "so so"...not high not low. I downloaded the advanced copy of FitDay and am using it on my work pc. You can print more reports and it also lets you add recipes. So far so good and it isn't too expensive....$20.
Well, it is FREEZING here today. I can't believe how cold it has been this winter. We are getting snow tomorrow so this will be interesting.

Hope you all have a nice day.

01-26-2004, 11:10 AM
Hey, ladies! Just wanted to check in -- it's been awhile. I had a couple of all-day meetings last week, and then I've been trying to catch up on work since then.

Had a great weekend -- went to my first NBA game -- Orlando Magic vs. Houston Rockets. It was a lot of fun!

My eating got off track somewhere along the way. I'm not sure why... But, things would go good all day, and then at night, I'd mess up and eat something bad, very bad! :o So, I think my weigh-in tonight could be a little scary. But, I need to go and do it and see the damage I've done. (I haven't weighed in almost three weeks. I think the weekly weigh-in keeps me on better track than I realized...) So, I'm ready to start fresh with no more goof-ups (at least for a few weeks, anyway). Back to induction for me!

Hope everyone is doing well! Congrats on the losses! Great job, ladies!

Take care,

01-26-2004, 11:23 AM
Way to go, Fullfig!!! I'm so excited for you! :cb:

 Nutski! Welcome!

Brenda - I hope your youngest gets feeling better!

Shimma - Glad you've got a supportive family!

Leens - ohhhhhhhh a whole weekend in PJ's? I'm jealous!!!

Tummy - way to go on overcoming temptation! :cheer:

Krista - good luck with the job!

Spedmom - sometimes those reminders help! Way to get back on track!

My weekend was really good. DH worked at the bar on Friday and Saturday and I lost all willpower so I drank Jack and Diet's both nights. I was good-ish though and tried not to overdo it! There was a fight on Saturday night and DH was the only bouncer working. It's very hard to watch him get in the middle to break things up and physically remove people from the bar. I'm always aware that one of these times someone could have a knife. Good thing I'm first aid certified! ;)

The law enforcement thing is not going well. I got a letter from the county that I was hoping to get hired by saying that they've decided not to offer me a position based on my background. This is the third time this has happened and it's so frustrating! The worst thing in my background is the one speeding ticket I got over 2 years ago. Of course, they won't say what it is that they're finding, but it sure is frustrating to know that they have to have something wrong in there and not be able to do a thing about it. I'm not giving up though!

It has caused me to think that since what I want to do is homicide investigation, maybe I should focus more on the science end of things and less on the 'cop' side of things. That would also allow DH and I to have kid(s) sooner since the original plan was to get hired and through probation first. That pushes things out at least 2 years. Anyway, it's not all bad. I believe that things work out the way they should and I can't fight the universe and win so maybe I'll try listening instead :)

Went with DH to the movies yesterday and saw 'The Butterfly Effect'. I really enjoyed it. Warning for those who are sensitive: there is some strong language, brief full frontal nudity, and some subject matter could be very disturbing. The concept of the movie was great though, and it appears that Ashton Kutcher can play more than a complete goof-ball after all ;)

Anyway, new day, new week! I'm feeling rested for the first time since I got sick two weeks ago and I'm feeling really positive about life in general. What a strange Monday!

01-26-2004, 11:27 AM
I took too long typing! :o

Jina - glad you liked the game! I'm not big on basketball and DH got tickets to see the Blazers vs. Bulls game this Saturday so he's taking a friend. I'm taking him to a hockey game on Friday, though. I love the fights! :s:

Jane - have fun with your new fitday sw. I'm afraid to try it because I can be obsessive and this tool may push me over the edge! ;)

01-26-2004, 12:15 PM
Ok, down 2 more lbs and also have assurance the scale I've been using is acurate because it matched what the school nurse just weighed me in as. :)

Star: Isn't there some way you can get a report of what they're finding? It seems to me there should be some way to get your criminal background information. I know I had to just pay 10 bucks to get mine done for my CNA class that I'm taking but I doubt I get to actually see the report. However, I would think you could do the same thing and get your own report....

01-26-2004, 12:44 PM
The problem is there's nothing in my background. I've checked. So I don't know what the deal is. I've decided that it's just not my time yet. It will happen. All of my law enforcement friends say that they had to apply over and over again to get hired. In the meantime, I've got lots to keep me busy :)

01-26-2004, 12:47 PM
Star that just sucks then, but you're right... the world has a way of making sure you do your thang at the right time. At least it does for me!

Ok, I have a question... what are these equator trek miles all about??

01-26-2004, 01:03 PM
The equator trek is our exercise challenge for 2004. It's open to anyone who wants to join in. The object is to do enough exercise to get around the equator. We add up "miles" that can be calculated 2 ways. If you're doing something that can be measured in miles like walking or running, then you just count the miles. If you do something that isn't measureable like that, like aerobics or weight-lifting, then every 20 minutes counts as a mile. We're keeping personal, monthly, and annual totals. :D

01-26-2004, 01:53 PM
I hate eating lunch at my desk

My friend that I used to have lunch with left the company when she adopted a baby and it seems everyone else in this place hardly ever goes into the lunch room! I end up just cruzin the web and eating at my desk now. I hate it. It is too cold to go out and go shopping.....bbbbbbrrrrr. And the way our parking lot is you never know if you will get a space when you get back.

Made a chef salad for lunch today. Didn't have any creamy italian and no time to make any this morning so the salad dressing I picked isn't thrilling me.
But at least I am being good. There is candy galore in this office!!!!!!! It seems every isle I go down someone has a jar of candy. M&M's over here, Starbursts over there! What's a girl to do? :?:

Star: I'm sorry about the position....I too am a big believer in things happen for a reason and if it is meant to be it will be. Hang in there.

01-26-2004, 02:06 PM
Good morning all,
Well, after the seeing the same #'s on the scale for a week, I have decided that I should go back to the induction phase for a few days. I will hate leaving the macadamia nuts behind. But, it's the price I have to pay. Maintenence, and tweaking the diet... It seems like alot of planning. I think about what I should be changing all the time. First on the list is working out. Bellydancing sounds cool, Lord knows I have the belly for it. Wish me luck girls.... I need it.

01-26-2004, 03:07 PM
Well, it's Monday.

Weekend was looong. Two weekends in a row now my dh has had anaphylactic reactions to something he has eaten. This makes me get a) no sleep b) tons of stress and c) wondering when to fire the epi-pen... I HATE it. Of course, I love him in "sickness and health" but it sure is stressful for us to deal with these life-threatening allergies all the time.

I'm on plan so far today. I cooked enough chicken in my new Roaster Oven to make it through the week this week. Hopefully planning ahead like this will help me stay on plan better. I feel like my eating this way is going to be a minute by minute challenge.

Question: When does it stop being a daily thing to stay mostly on plan?

***I say mostly because this is a way of life, and carbs don't disappear and indulgent things happen... but it's what you do 80-90% of the time that really make this a way of life and not a diet.

My dh wants to become a personal trainer!! Maybe NOW he'll help me. LOL!!!

Okay, off to work now. Will check in later.

Thank you to Star for PMing me and letting me know I've been missed. :D

I'm going to check the food logs for some lunch and breakfast ideas. If I have to eat another boiled egg, I'm going to gag.

01-26-2004, 03:15 PM
I went to the store after work to get some tomatoes (and dog food--but I'm not going to eat THAT! lol)...and slowly meandered down the "low carb" aisle. Imagine my shock to see shelf upon shelf of ATKINS stuff!! oh boy!! Bread, Muffins, Noodles, all stuff like that....but ya think I could find some low carb CHOCOLATE for hot cocoa? rofl. But I resisted (well, I did buy some low carb tortillas for when I need a change) and went on to the veggie aisle.

:( it's snowing out. My car was slip and sliding all the way home. And I've still got to go get the oldest from school in a couple hours!

01-26-2004, 03:18 PM
Why oh why do they stuff teacher's lounges with food? I think that is the reason I've gained so much weight in the first place... like 30 lbs in 2 years. Ugh. And I MUST go there in order to pick up my mail and what is tempting me today? The same thing that was tantilizing my the first day of Atkins someone has bought a BOX of tollhouse candy bars.... like a cookie and candy bar all at the same time. They're just sitting there FREE for people to take. Who is this sick and twisted individual that obviously thinks all teachers should be plump?

Managing to hold out so far.... but I'm just so curious as to what that candy bar tastes like... ACK!!

Star: Thanks for the info... sounds like something I'll probably join in on. Yippeee!

01-26-2004, 03:37 PM
Shimma: I know just how you my office we have been invaded by GIRL SCOUT COOKIES! My favorite are the Carmel Delights. One of my friends IM'd me and said she just got a box. What happened to the days when you had to ORDER them? What is with this instant cookie sale thing?

Hang in there Shimma....we can do it. I am not going to cheat today if it kills me!

01-26-2004, 03:41 PM
Hi all. good to see everyone on a cold Monday. Sorry to those with snow storms. Brrr! We just have rain still, but will still go to the beach for a walk and take a stack of bath towels for the doggies and us to cut down on the drown rat look afterwards. At least everyone at the store will have that wind blown look. LOL

Welcome new members! Welcome Nutski! You'll love posting here!

Hi Spedmom, I've had the chocolate thing going too, some sort of bug going around, hehe, and I'm not talking a tiny candy bar. But I ran right back here to stop the New Year's craving problem I've suffered from going off my Atkins plan.

I'm sorry, I still owe some letters! I feel bad about that, but I'll make it up.

Hi Lisa, I hope your husband's feeling better soon. How scary to have that happen with food. My husband had that happen with a drug for a sinus infection and it was serious, so I wish you the very best.

Krista, Hi, and good luck with your job ap.

Hi Chewgirl, the Induction diet is sounding like what I'm going to have to do.

Tummygirl, I'm glad you had a good weekend!

Hi Leens, Good luck with the no eating after dinner. I'll need to stick to that too. DH likes peanuts or peanut butter as a night snack, and I don't, but always just go along with it. I don't need this. LOL

Hi Shimma! Glad you're feeling darn good and sounds like your low carb diet will have the support of your family. Congratulations on your 2 pounds!

Hi Fulfig, Congrats on the 170's!

Hi Jane, I was secrely praying the little girls in the middle of our street were selling cookies, but I don't think I'll open the door. LOL Or maybe just hand them some money, tell them to keep the cookies and slam the door j/k(wouldn't really slam the door). LOL

Hi Gina, Going to a game sound like fun! I'm glad you had a good time, and I hope to go to one sometime. I think it will be a Giants Baseball Game. I went to see the Giants in the 60's for the Met's/Giant's world series and saw Mickey Mantle and Willie Mays -the easiest and most familar place for us to go is SanFranciso, so that would be a great place for us to start. I can see me turning into a huge fan of a team and getting into the spirit like I did in high school.

Hi Lady adnerb, I hope your little one's going to feel better soon. There's a lot of members with snow!

Hi Star, Oh wow! your dh has a dangerous job! My dh was a bar tender 25 years ago and knows all the bouncing stuff all too well. Sorry about your "past" record of a measly ticket. I'd hope they have you mixed up with someone else like how I've got the wrong RX handed to me...same name, just mixed up info. Good luck with that--that sounds important, and I hope it gets cleared up. It sounds nit picky on their part.

Today, for me, my goal is to count 20 carbs, or maybe even just count the carbs to see where I am (failing) with them. As I'm in town and on the road today, I have to not go off the low carb plan with junk food. So my plan is to stop at the store first and get a little jar of Macadamia nuts and then maybe even a piece of deli chicken so i don't feel junk food deprived. I have to just be prepared. Everyone have a great day!

01-26-2004, 03:58 PM
Shimma: I know just how you my office we have been invaded by GIRL SCOUT COOKIES! My favorite are the Carmel Delights. One of my friends IM'd me and said she just got a box. What happened to the days when you had to ORDER them? What is with this instant cookie sale thing?

 I'm a Girl Scout leader for one daughter and co-leader for the other. Around here you don't get cookies until 3/1. So I'm not having to be tempted by those right now. I do plan on ordering some thin mints (my favorite). And have had to pass up (twice) taste-testing the new kind called Pinata. Oh man they looked SOOO good!! I'm going to be throwing my cookies in the freezer. lol. I had a box of those things in my freezer for 2 years once. :s: still tasted good

01-26-2004, 04:00 PM

They wouldn't even be safe in the freezer if they were in my house!

01-26-2004, 04:05 PM
Barbie! Good to see you back! I've considered trying my hand at being a bartender. Most people who know me think I'd be good at it. Maybe I will if we ever get to a point where I don't need a reliable income. The though of being so dependant on tips scares me!

Oh gawd!!! Is it girl scout cookie time? I will have to make a special effort to never go to the grocery store unsupervised because those little girls set up shop right outside the doors. I've always been a complete sucker for those Samoa's. Hmmm....actually, typing about it it making me a little nauseated. Maybe it won't be such a big deal after all! I have been noticing lately that if I smell something really sweet, it makes me feel a little ill. Wa-hooo! :D

01-26-2004, 04:10 PM
I need some of your willpower and sick-to-the-smell response to sweets, Star! Why does everything sweet sound so delicious to me?!? Probably because I have sweets every now and then. If I was good Atkins girl and just never had any of the bad stuff, I'd be doing alright, I guess! I'm my own worst enemy! :(

01-26-2004, 04:16 PM
Remember in the book, how Dr. Atkins said that a lot of people with food allergies crave the food that's harming them? I think I was one of those people. I think my body has always reacted badly to carbs - especially sugar - but I didn't realize it until I had a couple of months to really 'detox'. I was accidently served a regular coke one day instead of diet and it made me throw up! I'm thinking that's the reason the sweet smell doesn't do much for me anymore. ;)

01-26-2004, 04:19 PM
If only being allergic meant that you didn't like it!!!!

01-26-2004, 04:22 PM
oh please please PLEASE tell me that's going to happen to me also!!! i could use a little pick-me-up right now!! lol

01-26-2004, 04:57 PM
wow.....we've had a busy day so far!!! chatty cathy's or what?

I pm'd Jamie the other day and she's fine and wants to say hi to everyone. She's been doing some killer shifts of 14 hours in length 7 days a week. No wonder she hasn't had time to do anything.....she hopes that everyone is doing well and although she isn't here, thinks of everyone and misses the forum. Unfortunately, her shifts aren't likely to change for some time. So don't worry about her...all is well.

Managed to dust off my 3 mile walking tape this morning and although I was interrupted several times, I finished the workout. It was better than I thought. I feel bad for having it now over 4 months and never taking it out of the wrapper until today. I watched Dr. Phil today and finally he has drummed it into me about INTENTIONAL EXCERCISE!!! He had some of the people from his 10wk boot camp on and midway, they have lost between 7-13 lbs and lots of inches. I sat there, that could have been me!!! So until the weather gets better I will be popping this tape in and logging my 3 miles!!!! this is my solemn promise!!!

01-26-2004, 05:16 PM
angel-eyes: I was getting worried about you again. Hadn't seen you on here in a while. Thought you were having computer problems again. Glad to see you check in. Thanks for the info on Jamie...I was beginning to wonder. Glad she is ok.

I have never been a sweet eater but since I started Atkins that is what I want more than my salty snacks sometimes. Very weird. I have been a good girl today sweets! to fight with the evil Wine Monster tonight.

Hi everyone - Again no time to chat but want to wish everyone congrats. on all the successes I am reading here! YEAH!

For those battling the chocolate monster.... I am THE WORST at avoiding chocolate - but i've also noticed if I stay on plan 100% and do not allow even a spec to cross my lips I am MUCH better off! I don't crave it etc. Worse yet is my choc. cravings are typically at night. This past weekend I had to make "Puppy Chow" for a birthday party and my dh was laughing that I COULD NOT make it on Friday night like planned. I KNEW that if I made it in the evening I would not be able to pass it up. SO I purposely got up at 6AM and made it Sat. morning. I don't feel the need to eat anything that early in the day and it worked like a charm. There is still a full bucket in my home - but I am ignoring it completely. It's in a tupperware so I can't smell it!

If I am REALLY dying for chocolate I will take some Redi Whip whip cream in a cup and sprinkle in about a tsp. of sugar free jello chocolate pudding and mix it up. It kind of tastes like a choc. mousse. But most times I am better off avoiding any choc. tastes altogether.

Waiting for some more snow tonight and tomorrow. We had 3 inches today! Yipee!!!

01-26-2004, 07:18 PM
Hi all!

Shimma: I also have to go to the teachers' lounge to get my mail, and it's the same scenario -- a table loaded with the very things I won't allow myself to eat. Last year, I parked myself at one of the tables and worked my way through 6 (yes, 6) Krispy Cremes before work even started. I didn't spend too much time scratching my head a few months later, wondering where my 3rd stomach roll or my thunder thighs came from. Like anyone could be unique for a change and put out a veggie plate? Luckily, my work study students are the ones sorting the mail, so they are nice enough to bring mine to me now, at my request!!!

Hope everyone out there has a good evening!

01-26-2004, 08:27 PM
Oh -- forgot to ask a question that's been on my mind. I KNOW I saw this just a week or so ago in one of the posts, but I'm having trouble finding it there, in the book, or on the Atkins website:

What is the appropriate ratio (general ballpark) of carbs/protein/fat? I've been using FitDay and would like to see how I'm doing on achieving the maximum level. I've never really worried about it before, but rather have concentrated solely on the number of carbs. Of course, now that I want to know, I can't find the information any where! Can anyone help?

01-26-2004, 09:07 PM
Spedmom.....StarPrincess is your best bet to ask your question to. She's up on all the stats.
Jane......Yes, I'm back on the site. After I pm'd you, I also pm'd Suzanne3FC and she told me alot of other users were also having trouble. She adjusted something and within a few hours, I was good as new!!! Thanks again for your help!!

Well, I had intentions of collecting all of our sleds that the boys were using all day and hitting the hill with them but along the way a neighbour called out to me to come in out of the cold. And then the next thing I was offered and h'or deuves were set out !!! I really did go out to play with the boys...hehe, it was so yummy!!! She took a bar of cream cheese and poured a seafood sauce over it and then emptied a can of lump crabmeat on the top of it all. I was hesitant to try it as she served it with crackers but next thing I knew she brought out slices of pepperoni. Being on atkins and didn't add that many carbs!!!! I did try to scrape off the seafood sauce but still.... I'll have to remember that one, nice and easy.

01-26-2004, 11:10 PM
Hi kids,
Just checking in...great to see healthy conversation going on, and all the newbies its so great you just jump in...we love that!

This weekend at costco I found the love of my life.....foster farms hot & spicy buffalo wings they are only 1 carb per 4 wings!! ONLY 1 CARB!!! I love them! and only 10$ for a HUGE bag! Bonus!
They had salmon on sale too and DH made it for dinner last night, it was so good!

Tomorrow for training I get to drive around with an installer all day and see how they hook up and disconnect the cable! that should be fun!! After I get established more at my new job I have been thinking about going back to school since they will pay you a company tuition grant to go to school! Might be something to think about! FUN FUN FUN.

Well i will talk to you all later!

Sped, the ratios are 60F/5C/35P :) They always work like a charm for me, if i stray too far, i get stuck in the mud, or fat, whatever the case may be.
