Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 35 minutes lower body TBT.

Monday- I did 2 mile WATP tape. Wasn't enough, so later I did my "own" aerobics. About 35 minutes card. workout.

48 minutes on the treadmill in the am and 38 minutes on the treadmill in the pm.

Heart you make me feel lazy. WTG with the exercise.

Country- I make you feel lazy? Girl, you're doing great. 2x's on the treadmill yesterday is awesome! I have my exercise class this evening. Hope it will be a good workout. I'll post it tomorrow.

Howdy! I missed my walks yesterday. I went and hung out at my mom's house. I was able to get in 35 minutes today. The propane man came and cut my time short. *smile* My lazy hinney is glad! :)

Monet...wtg on the treadmill!

Woodfrogs...awesome on the treadmill!

Everybody is doing SUPER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work.

Tuesday- good workout using the step, also did some floor work
Wednesday- not as good a workout, I did my "own" and just didn't feel like going beyond 30 minutes. Was walking aerobics based upon WATP tapes.
Thursday- Suppossed to have class, hopefully I'll have a bit more energy by then.

Cherylco- Congrats on moving on to the 2 mile WATP tape!

Had a good 40 minute walk on the treadmill. You should see my poor kerosine lamps..they keep bouncing toward the edge of the entertainment center. Walking is dangerous in this house..LOL

Went to my exercise class- step aerobics, little bit of weights and sit-ups. It was okay, not as intense as it usually is. I need to get my butt up early tomorrow and make myself do the 3 mile WATP tape. That way I can have time to cool off and take a shower, get ready before I run errands(Friday is my errand day, grocery day, payday,lol). My weekly goal is to get in 6 days of exercise or 6 different workouts within the week. I've been doing arm exercises that are suppossed to work the triceps, but I only get sore in the area above my elbow on the backside. I need help with the underpart of the upper arm, but more higher up-closer to the armpit. Anyone know of any exercises that target this area?

I cleaned every room in my house Saturday except DD's couldn't pay me to clean that disaster). I cleaned non stop from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm only rest was 20 minute lunch break. I went from the first floor to the 2nd floor to the basement I don't know how many times. I am actually hurting a bit today. So I am counting that as a workout!!

Only missed exercise on Friday, and that was because my son and I went and donated blood in the afternoon.
