Default Low carb or low fat cheese, which is better?

I found some low carb cheese yesterday but it wasn't low fat. I don't think the book addresses this. Does anyone have a suggestion on which one I should buy, low carb or low fat?

Thanks so much, I'm in phase 1, day 4.

The book says low fat so I'd go with that. We are trying to avoid the saturated and trans fats which could be in the reduced carb cheese.

Default low carb or low fat

Thank you, that is a smart answer. That darn trans fat (partially hydrogenated soybean oil) is a sneaky little fat.
