I got in 32 minutes on the treadmill. I was feeling really down on myself because I didn't walk very fast or far and was sweating like a pig...well, when I got off I found it was set at the highest incline so I'm pretty happy now..LOL

Woo hoo feels like the old days. I was able to use the treadmill while I watched part of American Idol. 40 minutes at a faster speed with the incline LOWER this time...LOL I'm not ready for that big incline yet.

Tuesday- church exercise class which was step aerobics this time
Wednesday- 3 mile WATP tape

Was able to get 40 minutes on the treadmill this afternoon. I was soaking wet. I don't know what it is about the treadmill versus walking outside but that thing kicks my hinney...in a good way..LOL

Laurie you are doing so good. And so is everyone else. Keep up the good work ya'll.

;) Have been going to the gym since December but first time posting on here since I just joined. Funny...I was reading "WATP" as walk at the park and now I realize it is Walk Away the Pounds! Duh!

Thursday: 15 minutes on the elliptical and an hour long Power Pump class. :dizzy:

I was able to get in two walks...one for 40 and an evening walk for 43. I'm stil amazed at the difference between the treadmill and walking outside. I wanted to be lazy last night and not do the second walk. Robert said don't do it.....but I pushed through. Felt great afterwards.

Thursday I did a 2 mile WATP tape and then went to church exercise class where we had another good workout using the step. Today I haven't had the time to exercise and I'm feeling guilty about it.

Friday and Saturday- NO EXERCISE!

Sunday- I walked about 1.25 miles in 15 minutes. I had Boogie in the stroller, so I jogged a little, then walked, then jogged..barely broke a sweat. Wanted to do another lap, but Ashley was whining and crying about it.

Haven't done it yet, but I AM going to do a 3 mile WATP tape in a few minutes. Need all the "help" I can get considering my eating this weekend has been AWFUL!
