Does anyone on here use Tamilee's videos? I bought the I Want That Body series and Total Stretch For Beginners and wanted to know if her videos have worked for anyone else. I read that some people who've used the I Want That Body series have lost over 100 pounds. I've used her Abs Of Steel and found out that it works. I just wanted to know if anyone else here has used her, if they like her videos, and what they think of them.

I really enjoy Tamilee's videos. I have the ones you mentioned, plus "tighter assets Weight Loss," "Tighter Assets Cardio Blast" (this one is harder, I've only tried it once) and the Fit to the Hits-Rock hard assets/Motown moves 2 DVD set.

I use a huge variety of workouts, so I can't say I've specifically lost weight with Tamilee, but she has helped. I especially like the stretching videos.

If you get the tv station Fit TV they show her old workouts on the show "Aerobic Conditioning."
