Hi everyone!

I'm new to these message boards and am really enjoying reading everyone's posts!

I started Weight Watchers online with a friend last year, but didn't stick with it. This time I'm determined! So I know all about points, etc., but the Activity Points are new to me. I'm assuming there are certain points you can add to your daily total for certain activities. I usually either spend 45 minutes on the ellipitcal or treadmill, or walk 45 min-1 hour outdoors. Can someone tell me how many AP's I might get for these activities? Thanks and good luck to everyone here! :)

Activity points are based on intensity levels x current weight x time done. If you don't have the Activity Points booster (and this has been from several programs ago -- beginning of Winning Points at a minimum) then use the following:

Light Activity:
Weight X Minutes X .000232 = Activity Points

Moderate Activity:
Weight X Minutes X .000327 = Activity Points

High Activity:
Weight X Minutes X .0008077 = Activity Points

You do not have to use the APs but they are there fo you and you can only use them on the day you earn them otherwise they are gone. You just add the amount you earn to your total for the day. You use them before you dip into your FPs.

Thanks, Kelly! That was a huge help. Now I am motivated to work harder, harder, harder!

I don't use AP, but I'm glad they're there just in case I have something, and I go over my points!
