Hi everyone!
I'm new to these message boards and am really enjoying reading everyone's posts!
I started Weight Watchers online with a friend last year, but didn't stick with it. This time I'm determined! So I know all about points, etc., but the Activity Points are new to me. I'm assuming there are certain points you can add to your daily total for certain activities. I usually either spend 45 minutes on the ellipitcal or treadmill, or walk 45 min-1 hour outdoors. Can someone tell me how many AP's I might get for these activities? Thanks and good luck to everyone here!
