Carb Counters - Multi vitamins?

Hi everyone :)

I was just wondering if the multi vitamin I've been taking is fulfilling the rest of my vitamin needs. I've been taking Centrum. I'm not taking any other supplements because I'm not big on taking pills unless I really have to. So I was wondering about Centrum because I've been reading alot about vitamins and wanted to see what everyone else thought.

Hard to say. The trick is to make sure that you're getting lots of good nutrients from your food so that your multi-vitamin is just a supplement. I do take extra calcium, though.

I was wondering that myself. I've bought the Atkins 14 day starter pack--but this weekend will be the 14th day and I was wondering if I needed to buy more of that or if there was cheaper stuff on the market that would do the job just as well.

I absolutely hate to take any pills. The only vitamins I take everyday are my kids Flintstones. :o I know they have a small amount of sugar, but I buy the real ones and they just sit in the cabinet. I also take a calcium supplement. Wish I could find a good sugar free one, love the Viactiv, but too much sugar.
