The Food Network is great! I love it! Although she is not a low carb dieter, Chef Kathleen is wonderful too. Have tried many of her recipes with great success! Her show is Cooking Thin. I am so glad to see the network is speaking to alternative eating styles. Have a great day! :)

I finally watched my tape of this last night. It did provide some good information. I haven't been to the website for those wonderful recipes yet though.
