well today we were out most of the afternoon at a basketball game-- I had my lunch and was great until about 3:30 we were on our way home and everyone was starving --they wanted chinese- okay so everyone ordered take out it came down to me if I didn't gt anything I would have to go home and cook for 1 no way so I ordered the chicken w/ chinese veggies a pint.-- I split i w/ my DD I ate the chicken broccoli- waterchestnuts and bok choy didn't take any extra sauce and drained what I could from what I took no rice-- no egg roll did I ruin my day 10? tell me no please I feel guilty but honestly I had such a headache from being hungry

You did NOT blow it! Good for you! You are a better woman than I am because I'd kill for an eggroll about now.
The worst that can happen is that you will retain a bit of water from the MSG and soy flavourings.
You are doing fine!
