last night i was soooooo panicking because i tried to get here to post so i woudln't eat and i couldn't get here!!! i was almost in tears. you dont know how happy i am to see the site back up (thank you for all your hard work!!!)

tomorrow will be my first weigh in since getting back on track for the new year but i think i will skip it because TOM hit and i did not do well at all today. i am so bloated and just over all totally miserable. so i will weigh in next friday. i've done pretty good except for today. tomorrow its back on though!

When this place was gone the last couple days, I didn't feel worried ~ felt pretty sure that it would be fixed and be back. Then this morning it was gone again and I began to feel sort of paniced ~ what if it went away and we didn't have it anymore at all.

It is back now, and I am so thankful. This place has been so much a part of my daily life for 4 years now. Wow.

Shelly i find that the week of my period i start losing and lose into the week after my period. Its the week before that i bloat and either gain a little or plataue. I was very surprised to find this.

I am glad the site is back up. I have spent part of the day printing off stuff that has been of help to me (pictures and posts that have given me hope) just in case something should happen again.
