Two for two this week. Once with Richard and once with Leslie. The bad news is the scales are up even more. This is really playing on my desires to eat right. Emotionally this is hard to keep things in perspective.

Monday: Gym: 5 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 25 minutes treadmill.
Wednesday: Gym: 5 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 20 minutes treadmill (I had to go potty).
I hope to go one more day this week & Saturday.
