Default Boot Camp 11/10

Good morning

The last posting of exercise time was from Lizzy on Friday. This gave us a total of 700 minutes

If anybody did any exercise this past weekend that they want credit for, then post it today and we will keep track of our time from Saturday to Friday.

Come on ladies, let's get moving!!!!!!!!

P.S. Lizzy, I'm very proud of you for going to Curves last week.

Do you want the time posted on this thread? Post it as we do it, or at the end of the week?

OK, the end total (ening on Saturday) was 1195.
This included all the dancing and yard work that was posted on this thread, so far.

As of now, we are posting time for the current week (Saturday -Sunday). It doesn't matter how you post it: daily or all at once at the end of the week.
I will try to post a daily thread, as this makes it easier to keep track of the hours.

So far this week we have 45 min (from Joanne) . I added Sflakes yardwork to last weeks total.

Way to go ladies. Keep it going

My back is feeling better, as long as I don't sit very long. I was able to mow my lawns yesterday afternoon (30 min) .

I also emptied and refilled a 75 gal. aqarium (5 gal buckets at a time) last night~~lots of lifting, so I'm counting 30 min "free weights".

I have 130 minutes. I only got to exercise 2 days. I woke up Tuesday morning and it felt like I had 2 blowtorches for lungs. I've got bronchitis and I think allergies, because I am choking on air for the last 2 days. Hopefully I will be back on the treadmill Sat morning. As soon as I can breathe normal again!
