OK, the plan for today is:

B: HB egg, coffee, water
S: string cheese, water
L: chicken veggie soup, water
D: scallops, shrimp & broccoli, diet pepsi
S: nuts, water

good Morn Gals,
My plan
Breakfast:2 strip turk bac,2 egg white and a pinch of low fat cheez
Snackeanut butter cookie(the low fat kind lol)
Lunch:chicken fajita soup,ff jello
Snack:endamames
Dinner roast,mock mashed,and zuchinni,ff jello
Snack:soynuts
Headin to the gym in an hour.Today is bi/tri day and the usual 1 hr cardio,but I reall ythink it helps a ton!

Hi, Sflake!

Here's the plan for today:

B...omlette with minced onion, tomato , and canadian bacon.

S...string cheese and V-8

L...salad with LF cheese and Tuna.

S...SF jello and nuts

D...Baked chicken breast (skinless), zucchini, cauliflower.

Just got back from the gym. I'm determined to get back on track today! It's a mind thing with me. Had to get a little mad at myself! It works, hopefully!

b: scrambled eggs, coffee (so far, OP)
l: missed it. had an appointment with my psycho
snack: about 10 chocolate chip cookies (DAMN!)
d: still planning on chicken w/veg. The meat is frozen solid.

I changed mine also...I realized I didn't have chicken in the house Boy do I need to get to the market!!!

D Planning Taco Salad

No appetite, which could be a good thing I suppose...

Hey- I messed up and posted on the previous thread with my menu for today. Checked and someone else had posted too, so I just added mine. Will be more careful and check tomorrow. Lizzie

L. Chicken salad on Romaine lettuce almonds
S. Almonds
D. 1/2 cup vegetabale beef soup, larage salad with 2tbs of ranch dressing,broiled scallops, mixed vegetables (Caluiflower and Broccoli and carrots, jello

If you read this, just wanted you to know that I think your Veggie Hash sounds pretty good. I'll have to try that some time. I think I'd like it with the well and an egg inside.

Well here is mine for the day:
I was not all that hungry either:

B: 2 eggs and 1 sausage patty, yerba mate' tea

S: None

L: 1/2 ham and cheese sandwitch, sf chai tea latte' made with skim milk

S: None

D: 2 burritos from taco bell, diet pepsi and sf/ff pudding

T: 1 mug sf/ff hot cocoa
