Lemon Parmesan Asparagus

1 pounds fresh asparagus
cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese

Trim tough ends off asparagus and cut into inch pieces. Steam asparagus until crisp-tender, about 8 minutes. Place asparagus in large bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Toss well to coat and serve.

Makes 4 Servings

Orange Hazelnut Asparagus

1 pounds asparagus
2 tablespoons toasted hazelnuts, finely chopped
teaspoon orange zest
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Trim the tough ends of the asparagus and steam until crisp tender, about 8 minutes. Place the asparagus on a serving dish. Whisk the zest and juices together and drizzle over the asparagus. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and serve.
