Hello everyone, I was around during July and August then went on holidays...poof!!!! Has taken me three months to return, but here I am just finishing week 1 again. Feeling good that I have, although the reducation of coffee I think could kill me..<smile>, have reduced from a full pot to a half pot, the headaches were murder the first three days but got through. I think its great all the feed back and ideas that have grown even in such a short time and love the different pages. I have lent out my book to a friend so I am kinda swingin it from memory and here.
