Hiya Ladies,
I travel to London about 5-8 times a year and mostly ignore the fact that I'm trying to lose the last 15 lbs of weight that I need to get to goal.
However, for my next five trips (Dec-March) I have decided to try and journal and keep myself honest.
I typically eat pretty well, but have been known to pop into pret or aroma while walking around and am having trouble rectifying those points. Last month, I totally ignored all those yummy places and did pretty well, but I wouldn't mind popping into aroma for some soup.
I know there are differences in how points are calculated between the US and UK, but general numbers are great.
So, ladies, any hints?
