South Beach Diet - New Memeber

Hi! My name is Amanda.
My parents have asked me to find out some information on the SBD for them. I have done Atkins and did very well with it but once I fell off the wagon I didnt get back on.
I have printed out the phase 1 and phase 2 information for them and myself.
I am the mother of 2 boys ages 6 and 9 that keep me busy and on my toes.
I appreciate any information or advice that you give me on this diet.

There is further information on the Prevention and South Beach Diet Websites. Your parents really should buy the book as it contains lots of information. I am assuming they don't have Net access.

Not yet but I am working on getting them on.
It is like pulling teeth with them sometimes.
