How much of the ricotta desserts can you have? I could only find part-skim ricotta, is that considered low fat? 1/4 cup of it has 5 grams of fat in it. Isn't that too much?

On this plan we do NOT worry about fat as long as it is not trans-fat or saturated fat. Your body needs 20 grams of fat MINIMUM in order to utilize the nutrients in foods. Relax and enjoy! 2BFIT1 11-05-2003, 03:15 PM And don't forget that the ricotta and cottage cheese have protein, too.
