Greetings All,
I could not get on the board yesterday! Talk about frustration----it just wouldn't come up.

Enough of that! Let's all hold our collected breaths and step on those scales today.

I did not gain or lose. :( It's strange. I think maybe it's water retention from that soy sauce the other night.
I hope everyone is please with what the scales say.

Hi Everyone,

Well what a nice surprize. I lost 3.6 this week. I watched everything that went in my mouth and recorded it all. I drank so much water that I thought I was going to float away.

Tina, don't be disappointed about maintaining. Staying the same is great too. If I have very much sodium I retent lots of water. I love Chinese food but try to have it on Friday for that very reason. At least that way, I have all week to work it off.

Good luck everyone!!

Hi all.

I was down a pound. I'm just happy my night of grazing didn't undo all I've accomplished so far. I've a weight loss each week except one since I've been doing the program, so I'm very happy.

Hope everyone else is doing good.

Hope you guys don't mind if I join you. I am a "recovering" lifetimer. I have been doing the program on my own, and have set my weigh day as Thursday. I weighed in yesterday, and was down 3. woo hoo! of course, I am sure that drunken stuffed crust slice of pepperoni pizza last night was not the best thing to be doing... especially when i didn't have the points for it. Oh well, not much I can do about it now. Just time to get back OP, and get this weight off!

Congrats to everyone this week! Seems we have all done well. Even a maintain is nothing to fret about :) .

Well despite the fact I thought I blew it last week (which I did miss last weeks meeting) I seem to have managed to lose 3.5 lbs this week! I was very happy needless to say. :D This brings my total to 83 lbs. WooHoo! I will make my goal yet! :) Hope everyone has a great week and weigh in....Sis :D

Hi,
What great results, Susan. just don't float too far away. ;)

Race - 1 at a time sounds good to me.

Tracy - I wish I'd lost that pound. congratulations!

Jules, welcome and congratulations for doing this on your own. That takes lots of control and perserverance. Please keep posting.

Sis, 3.5 lbs. gone and you thought you'd blown it. That's a great weigh in.

Come on let's hear from everyone. We don't care if you weighed in or not.

Congrats everyone!!!

Jules - welcome to the group. I recently rejoined myself, so I know where you are coming from.

Sis - you are my role model. 83 pounds, that is wonderful!!!! How much more do you want to lose?

Tracy & Race - a pound is better than a gain. I'll take any loss no matter how small. Good Job!

Tina - maybe next week will be your week. I know that staying the same isn't what you wanted, but it is still good to maintain. Hang in there.

Susan :)

Auntie,
I would like to lose another 45-50 lbs. That will still be over WW highest wt but I am pretty sure it will be a good weight for me. I know how thin my face gets when I am at 145-155(my range) so I am shooting for 165-175 with my doctors approval. He said he would be thrilled with 180 so my goal is a bit lower and I will go from there by how I feel and look. :) Have a great day....Sis :D
