I'm back from Asia and managed not to gain any weight! That may have been because those people always seem to amaze me with food...this trip, Tomatoes on ice cream. It was pretty good! Of course that could be the fact I haven't eaten ice cream in over a year. And, I must remember, tomatoes are fruit...so...

Happy Halloween, for another hour.... I'm looking forward to a huge Samhain food fest, cheat-inducing, willpower-destroying, temptation-laden potluck tomorrow. Ugh. I'm going to have to do some major damage control afterward.... I hope you all had good luck with staying out of the candy dishes and such, I did okay with that since there was no chocolate. :-D
