Default Good News

Ladies, I went to the dr and had my labs redone, (cuz last week my potassium was high and an issue w/my kidneys). I was really bummed cuz that can be one of the side effects of eating too much protein. I spoke to her today, and they are NORMAL. I'm sooo pleased cuz I didn't know what I was gonna do if she told me to get off SBD. I am losing an average of 1-1.5 pounds a week so far. (I think I'm on week 9). Even tho that isn't tons, I'm pretty pleased cuz I am not thinking about food 24/7. SBD just isn't that hard to stay on and that is just scary!!!

Thanks for your feedback when I first posted fearfully.

You guys are great !! Victoria

It is a good feeling. Remember it the next time you want something "bad"!

Happy for you.

That's great news Victoria! I must have missed your first post, but I understand how scary "bad" lab results can be. I'm glad you got a good answer this time around!!

And 1-1.5 pounds loss per week is just about perfect! That's what all the "diet experts" recommend, from what I've read losing at this rate you have the best chances for keeping it off permanently. Good for you!
