This may be a dumb question but......has any one heard of a book called The Schwarzbein Principle? If so what have you heard about it. I haven't lurked or posted here forever so I am totally out of the loop......I will check in later! Thanks

I think it's similar to atkins, but more fruits/grains allowed? Much of my research shows it is very effective for those suffering from PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome?)
