Hey, chickies. Wakey, wakey! Darn time change had me up at 4 and I'm lonesome! :(

I am about to wash my kitchen floor. Can you tell it's still raining here? Alas! I have someone coming to check out Harry at 9:30 and it will probably take that long to dry.

I hope ypou all had a great weekend and are heading into a good week.

Good morning Ruth, chicks, and our rooster,

Today is day 99 of my new woe (but who's counting?) I weighed in this morning and I am officially under 300 pounds for the first time in years. After a four pound loss this week,I weigh 298! After I lose one more pound I will have lost 10% of my original weight. Unlike any other diet I've been on I feel like I will really succeed with this time. There are things that I have done differently this time and I feel like that is what is making the difference.

Congrats to you, Karla - you must be feeling so proud of yourself and so strong!!! Good for you!

Ugh, Ruth - raining already, huh? Good luck keeping the muddy paw prints to a managable level. We've been having surprisingly warm weather the last couple weeks (broke a few long standing records) but I bet it will do a big turn around by the end of next week.

It certainly WAS easier to get out of bed this morning what with getting that extra hour.

Good Morning All!

I have been MIA..LIfe is crazy, last week I had a funeral, my Daisy troop had their investiture, Soccer, crochet classes and a ton more stuff! UGH!

But the good news is I should be back post ing a little more regularly!

Anyone hear from Tummy?? How is she doing?

Today is my 12 week mark on atkins and I am down a total of 24 pounds (3.5 this week) and 24.75 inches (7.75 this month) WOO HOO! I am so excited!!

Karla - You are doing so well! COngrats on the loss!! :)

Ruth - you are so good.. I need to get my kitchen floor washed today too!

Kel - Good old CA.. Still having warm weather in October.. I miss that a bit, but the rain here in my part of WA isnt that bad.. farther north had the flooding...
