Last week for me to train for the CN Tower Charity Climb next Sunday (1,766 stair steps straight up)!

Sunday -- up and down the Hamilton Escarpment stairs 3 times (250 steps each way)

Sun-Yoga 30 minutes

Mon-45 minutes Yoga

Tues-Gym Day- 40 mins cardio (20 Bike, 20 elliptical) and usual weights

Wed- none sick

Thurs-none Sick

Fri-none sick

Sunday - 30 minutes stretching (Beginner's Stretch for Flexibility)

Monday - 35 minutes aerobics, 25 minutes toning

Tuesday - 30 minutes aerobics, 20 minutes toning

Wednesday - 25 minutes aerobics, 40 minutes yoga

Thursday - Nothing

Friday - 30 minutes aerobics, 20 minutes toning, 10 minutes abs

Saturday - 45 minutes aerobics, 20 minutes yoga

Monday- LBWO BFL style with a 15 min HIIT

Plan for Tuesday- 20 min HIIT and 6-8 Pilates postures

Tuesday-Completed my 20 min HIIT and 6 pilates positions

Plan for Wednesday- 15 min HIIT and EXTREME UBWO (we will see how this goes, I have really been upping my weight this challenge to hit my 10's!!)

excersise for me

monday and tuesday sat in spa and steam room still recovering from cold/flu so not upto much wednesday 4km on treadmill in 30mins weights back and shoulders with pyramid hack squats.

thursday. 4 km on treadmill in 30mins. 30 lenghts of swimming pool

1.0 mil on the treadmill
with my bum arm i don't think i will be able to do my lbwo tommorow either. can't lay or twist on the shoulder.
