My new goal is to incorporate upper body weight training every 3rd day (one day on, two days off). Don't plan to stop the biking, this will be in ADDITION to the biking. Today is my first day for this. Found a great book at the library to help me out, and my hubby already had all the equipment, so I have no excuses. I'm sure I'll be feeling this tomorrow!
