Question vitamins

I was down in Pocono Mts for a few days & found One-A-Day-Weight-Smarts there (can't find them here) and was wondering if anyone has tried these & if so, what kind of results did you have?

Haven't started using them yet, so some input would be nice.

Thanks.

I tried them but they didn't agree with me. I experienced nausea and stomach cramps even though I took them with food so I quit taking them and went back to my regular vitamins. I didn't notice any difference if how I felt and it didn't do anything as far as weight loss for me. Everyone is different and you may find that you like them and that they don't bother you. Good luck on your weight loss journey!

I am taking a vitamin that was designed by someone at the school of nursing at the University of Washington. It is based on some research done at the UW on women, light, exercise and diet. The vitamin is called levity and has all your normal womanly vitamin stuff (mostly Bs) and some selenium. I have not experienced any type of nausea from taking them, but I am definitely going to supplement with some C. (cough, cough, sniff, sniff)

Its also supposed to help with depression too. I really like them and a friend of mine in the nursing school got me a really good deal, so I really really like them.

Here's a link :

I am not an affliate of the school of nursing, just a satisfied customer.

I was feeling kinda sick some days but I think it was because I was also eating alot of meats at breakfast. So I went back on my WW with lower carb theme since Mon & feel fine & am still taking the vitamins.

Bye for now.
