I am taking a vitamin that was designed by someone at the school of nursing at the University of Washington. It is based on some research done at the UW on women, light, exercise and diet. The vitamin is called levity and has all your normal womanly vitamin stuff (mostly Bs) and some selenium. I have not experienced any type of nausea from taking them, but I am definitely going to supplement with some C. (cough, cough, sniff, sniff)
Its also supposed to help with depression too. I really like them and a friend of mine in the nursing school got me a really good deal, so I really really like them.
