I don't know if any of you remember me, but I did BFL last year and have since lost my way a bit going from the 185 lbs I was at the end of the challenge up to 209 lbs. I started a second challenge this last week (I am on Day 8) and I was just going to lurk the board looking for good advice as always. Then I found your site where ya'll had listed your progress pics.
