Inca! 5.6 for the week - that's fabulous. Yes, come forth from lurkdom and tell us things like this - it motivates us and gives you a forum to shout out your success. Yeehaw, indeed!

Sherry, excellent!

I haven't weighed (I'm afraid to), but I know the Blizzard, Chinese food, Thai food, and small candy bars I've been eating haven't done much for helping me into Onederland. So far I've had an OP day and even got back to the gym.

I do wonder if there's some psychology working here?? Maybe a fear of being under 200? I don't know--something to think about. Uh-oh, I'm getting a little Dr. Phil here, aren't I? Gotta quit watching that show!

Sheila,

I think I have some block with onderland too! I can relate..I've been craving DQ like mad! Our $#$% friend Chris told us how good blizzard's are. Would you believe I never even went to a Dairy Queen until last summer? I didn't even know there was one near us..I wish I didn't know it was there! At least they'll be closing down for the season soon!

Hey Kittymilk, I just noticed that you and I have the same goal weight (along with Mthrgoos68). Looks like you'll be there before me, but I'll be so happy for you and also it will really motivate me when I see that post announcing you've reached goal! You go girl.

Mthrgoos and I made a pact to cyber-clink our 140lb "goal" glasses of champagne on New Year's Eve. Care to join us so it'll be a tri-country celebration? Any other takers? We can have a global goal glass-clinking fest (even though whoever we're with on New Years Eve might think we've had too much to drink already...)

Sounds great to me Jillegal. I love champagne! May take to new years eve for me to reach goal, my weight loss has slowed to a snail pace, I'm not minding it really as it's teaching me how I will have to eat in the future. I can't afford to go off my diet as it's not so much a diet but how normal ppl must eat to not gain weight. Oh well when your hungry even healthy food tastes great!
