I hug & kiss my dog everyday before I leave for work The cats...well you know how cats are. They get hugs when THEY feel like it

October has me feeling happy so far! for no particular reason other than it's a new month full of possibilities. And I love the crisp fall air! Although I wish this flu would end once & for all! Not enough to get me down just enough still hanging on to anoy me.

I gave dh a huge hug before coming to work this morning and I always say I love you to our birds. I won't even try and hug them because I'm afraid they'd bite my ears off

Morning Marcie...and my other friends on the beach!

I'm happy each morning that I wake and give DH a kiss. It also makes me happy (and sometimes laugh ) when I read what my friends write on the Beach each day! For example, I got a good laugh this morning when I read about Ruth's lost pedometer....and the possibilities of where it could be hiding!

Thanks for reminding us of how fortunate we all are.

Interesting that it is basically the same things that make us all happy! My cat, who always jumps up on the bed to say good morning in a demanding kind of way! (She ALWAYS waits until I'm sitting up though, which I find intereting. Most cats wake you up if they want your attention!!) My DH, who is just a GREAT guy. My kids who usually still give me good morning kisses, even if they fight with me the rest of the day!! And MUSIC, which just has the power to bring me out of almost any slump I'm in!!

Good Morning Everyone: Thanks for the Happy check up Marcie.

Please don't faint to see me have a morning post. I actually got an early start today.

There are so many things that make me happy, from day to day. One of those is our dog, who just loves us no matter what. She is so cute. I think all the good things of life, DH and family all contribute to my happiness. Also my faith has a lot to do with my state of mind and a JOY that will not go away, even on the not so happy days.
