The last 3 times I was close to getting under 290 I would have a big gain and get discouraged.
BTW, i would guestimate I have about 10 more pounds to fit comfortably in my 42 size pants...i've been buying them in preparation!
I'm away all of next week (from Sunday till Friday) so no weighing in for me. I'll be in VA stuck in a hotel for the week, so not much oppurtunity for preparing my own meals or getting proper exercise....Another loss would be great, but I would live with a maintain for when I get back.

Matt, I'm so excited for you and you're doing so great!! Does that hotel you're going to have a weight room? It seems like a lot of them do now. You're right though, sometimes just being able to maintain while in a difficult situation is a really great accomplishment.
