Weight Loss Surgery - jiff's before and after... about 2 months ago

really and truly!!!

here i am a week before surgery, weighing 409. down from a high of 506

and putting the MODERATOR hat on: i realized i could - and should! - merge the two threads.. so here they are!!!!!

yep!! it's me!!!! about 2 months ago.

notice the belly that won't go away until after the plastic surgery!!!

My belly never went away either.... although I am considering surgery for the skin if I ever reach goal.. :D

OMG!!!!! I read in the 100 lb. club that you had posted your pictures over here and couldn't wait to come over and see!! You are beautiful and amazing. It's one thing to read your numbers, but then to actually see the difference is astounding.

Jiff, that's wonderful, but I know what you mean about the stomach ole Alvin has the same problem. Maybe one of these days I can get him to pose for an "after" shot. He asked me the other day If I knew what happen to his "before" pictures. Of course he didn't call them that!

and to tell the truth, peachie has a few of the ONLY true before pics. but she can't find them. maybe that's a good thing!!!

Jiff, you look AMAZING. I think you should go ahead and have the surgury now, It can only make the world a better place for you!

I also have to tell you that I feel honored to have gotten to know you over the web. you are an inspiration to me and I can't say that there is a day that goes by that I don't say, Jiff did, I can too.

oh L... Remember that i got myself into a far worse situation than you would ever do to yourself... so, yes. getting healthy was a major accomplishment, but i figure that anyone who PREVENTS getting into such a state has done a great thing as well.

so, all that to say, don't be hard on yourself.

Jiff I am not hard on myself, I am just saying you keep me motivated. Yes it is true I have never been where you have been and with due respect, hope to never be. my point is that you have triumphed over a struggle that many would have given up on.

Just take the compliment and SHUT UP :) isn't that why you come here? to inspire? Well chickie, you do that every day by sharing yourself and you story.
