Talking Dr. Phill - Luv em or Hate em

So guys, did you see yesterday's show?

He decided to keep all 13 people which was really nice.

The one thing that cracked me up was the lady he interviewed on Monday, I got vibes from her that she was full of her own pew and that she was just a big phoney.

Yesterday's show, Dr. P. said to her that she was one of the most likely to not succeed b/c she played the poor victom... EXACTLY!!!!

Did anyone read the book and what did you get out of it ?

I still think he jumped the gun by putting his diet foods out before the challenge is over.

Grab some coffee and lets chat.......

Yes Leens, I've been following the weight loss challenge shows. I was really glad he decided to keep all 13! I was worried about the 5 he would let go and how they would handle it bec I think all 13 really need his help!

I read the book, with a lot of interruptions, and honestly, I didn't get much out of it. I mean a few things about being "weight loss resistent" and how important it is to build and keep muscle with weight training. They are discussing the book on the "Book Club" forums here and it sounds like other people got a lot of the book, so I must be missing something?

Cathy is there a workbook along with the book? How does he deal with the emotional stuff.....I am not sure what I think of it....hard to tell so far........and I haven't read the book.....I will have to check out the book club here.

It should be interesting to see how it all unfolds.
