I'm alot shorter than you, but I have about 16 lbs to go until my goal range. I would like to lose another 10 on top of that, but I'll settlef or no pay.

There are many who have 'little' to lose as well as many who have 'much' to lose. Many message boards have a 'little to lose' forum.

Yes it can and is done.

Who wants to start a "less than 20lb to lose"thread? I know of another place that has this thread but you have to pay to be a member So i thought it would be neat to help each other who are in the same boat as I!

I am starting a new way of approaching this WW thing on Monday, less processed carbs, more fruits, less white you know! I have this need to feed my body with good stuff! I started Boot Camp at my gym this last monday and you wanna talk about a TUFF workout,OMGosh,I love it though,i love to be challenged and even though i didnt do so hot with my points this week,i still think i lost a lb or 2,I am just imaging what itll be like when i actually get my eating right on!!!!!

So whos in,We could start it Monday or how about now!

Here is one at a 'no excuses site' that is free you just have to register: Few to lose

and here is one at the official W/W site that is free with a free registration to use the boards Less to Lose.

Go ahead and start a few to loose thread, you could ask the mod to sticky it. Or maybe it warrents its own section under the WW heading....I am sure that it would be welcome. I too have less than 20 to loose too.

Go to the Mod by his/her e-mail or PM and ask them to make the thread stick to the top. I posted a few others for you to help you get some more support too.
